Yes, and for the same price in USA funds.
The SagenSaw I has been used successfully on deer, elk, moose, wild boar, bear, mountain goat, caribou and antelope. However, we recommend the SagenSaw II for the larger of these animals such as moose and elk. The SagenSaw II will work on smaller animals such as deer and goats, however it’s best to shorten your stroke when cutting the pelvic bone.
Besides the many complementary letters we have received regarding the saw, it was also field tested by 50 members of the North American Hunting Club and All those who tested it gave it high praise and high scores.
It is unlikely that you will need to sharpen the saw in your lifetime of hunting (if it is cared for). The blade is made out of the same material that the butcher has in his meat cutting band saw and his blade must cut thousands of bones before it needs changing. With our warranty offer of $7.00 for a new saw, you would be better off simply returning the saw for a new one, than trying to sharpen the blade.
